• Meanly provides the software interface and AI intent runtime connecting consumers with merchants, goods, and services.
• Transaction authorization and settlement take place directly through modern payment systems or Web3 rails connected by the user and merchant.
• Users maintain direct control over their devices, authentication, and transaction approvals.
• Merchants are responsible for the pricing, fulfillment, and delivery of their respective goods and services.
